A review on the clad failure studies

In this paper, an attempt has been made to systematically organize the research investigations conducted on clad tube failure, so far. Before presenting the review on the clad failure studies, an introduction to different clad materials has been added, in which the effect of alloying elements on the material properties have been presented. The literature on clad failure has been broadly categorized under the headings LOCA and RIA. The failure mechanisms like creep, corrosion and pellet-clad interaction have been discussed in details. Each subsection of the review has been provided with summary table, in which the studies are arranged in the chronological order. A small section on acceptance criteria for ECCS has also been included. The last section of the review has been dedicated to the core-degradation phenomena.     

两段式冷净煤气站电气控制系统的改进

通过运用Modubs串口协议、Proufbs现场总线及TCP/IP以太网络等形式,将现场仪表、可编程控制器、变频控制器、上位监控计算机等有机地融为一体,对两段式冷净煤气站所属配套电气控制系统进行改进,实现了通过屏幕即可对站内所属煤气发生炉进行远程控制操作、信号数据检测、参数设置修改、历史资料查询等多种功能。     

AS5643总线协议IP核设计与实现

AS5643总线是为了满足航空飞行器中高速实时数据传输的应用需求而提出的一种高速总线技术,其以IEEE 1394b协议为基础并对该协议的实时性、确定性、可靠性以及消息传输机制进行增强改进。为了推动AS5643总线技术的应用,针对AS5643总线协议IP核进行研究,设计了基于FPGA的AS5643总线协议模块,并搭建了多节点的总线互联系统对AS5643总线协议模块的功能和性能进行测试。测试结果验证了所设计协议IP核满足AS5643协议规范,实现了高带宽的数据传输,能够满足航空飞行器的应用需求。     

A Pharmacogenetics Study in Mozambican Patients Treated with Nevirapine: Full Resequencing of TRAF3IP2 Gene Shows a Novel Association with SJS/TEN Susceptibility

Steven–Johnson Syndrome (SJS) and Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis (TEN) are severe adverse drug reactions, characterized by extensive epidermal detachment and erosions of mucous membrane. SJS/TEN is one of the most serious adverse reactions to Nevirapine (NVP) treatment, commonly used in developing countries as first-line treatment of human immunodeficiency virus infection. In the last years TRAF3IP2 gene variants had been described as associated with susceptibility to several diseases such as psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis. We hypothesized that this gene, involved in immune response and in NF-κB activation, could also be implicated in the SJS/TEN susceptibility. We performed a full resequencing of TRAF3IP2 gene in a population of patients treated with NVP. Twenty-seven patients with NVP-induced SJS/TEN and 78 controls, all from Mozambique, were enrolled. We identified eight exonic and three intronic already described variants. The case/control association analysis highlighted an association between the rs76228616 SNP in exon 2 and the SJS/TEN susceptibility. In particular, the variant allele (C) resulted significantly associated with a higher risk to develop SJS/TEN (p = 0.012 and OR = 3.65 (95% CI 1.33–10.01)). A multivariate analysis by logistic regression confirmed its significant contribution (p = 0.027, OR = 4.39 (95% CI 1.19–16.23)). In conclusion, our study suggests that a variant in TRAF3IP2 gene could be involved in susceptibility to SJS/TEN.     

基于以太网通讯的手套机网络监控系统

针对现场总线与串行通讯构建的手套机信息网络开放性差、数据传输速度不快、可靠性不高等问题,对基于TCP/IP+Ethernet的网络通信技术以及嵌入式技术等方面进行了研究,提出了一种基于以太网通讯的手套机网络监控系统方案。首先介绍了该系统的结构,包括底层执行端、现场监控端、远程监控端。其次描述了系统的具体设计,主要在以ARM11为控制核心的嵌入式硬件平台上,移植Win CE操作系统,采用C#语言编写基于TCP/IP协议的以太网通信程序以及人机交互应用程序,并在服务器端搭建Web服务器与手套机数据库。最后对手套机网络监控系统的现场实时监控与远程监控进行了测试。研究结果表明,该系统能够对生产车间内的所有手套机进行实时监控与远程监控管理,并且界面美观、操作简单、数据传输快,满足了手套生产企业的要求。     

FEMTO网络IP流量旁路方案研究

文章首先介绍了FEMTO网络的优点以及对核心网容量的影响,接着阐述了两种减轻核心网负荷压力的IP流量旁路解决方案,最后总结了两种方案的优缺点以及运营商选择方案时的考虑。     

Comparison of Biological and Chemical Predictors of Dermal Carcinogenicity of Petroleum Oils

Various methods have been proposed as a basis for cancer hazard labelling of petroleum products. The Institute of Petroleum analytical method termed IP 346/80 was recently recommended to the European Union as the preferred method for this purpose. In this report we compare IP 346/80 with several other predictors of dermal carcinogenicity, including the Mobil PAC Method, the Modified Ames Test (ASTM Method E 1687-95), and the ^32P-postlabelling assay for DNA adducts. Oils for assay were selected from a repository of samples previously subjected to mouse skin-painting bioassay. 120 oils were tested in the Modified Ames Assay, 57 by the Mobil PAC Method, 50 by Method IP 346/80, and 48 by the postlabelling procedure. The ability of each assay to distinguish between carcinogenic and noncarcinogenic oils was examined at various suggested discriminators, e.g. Mutagenicity Indices (MI) of 1.0 and 2.0, 3-7 ring PAC contents of 1% and 2% (w/w), and IP 346/80 DMSO-extractables of 2% and 3% (w/w). Various adduct levels were tested for maximum discrimination between carcinogenic and noncarcinogenic oils. The accuracy of each method is reported.

无线广播电视发射台作为国家重要的基础设施和宣传播出机构,与人民群众的政治、经济、文化、娱乐生活息息相关,是构建和谐社会的重要基石。发射台实时性能监测系统的建设是实现发射台安全播出、提高管理效率的重要环节,是确保广播电视无线覆盖效果的重要手段,是发射台技术发展和进步的必然趋势。     

基于CIP网络的大型露天煤矿控制系统设计

为了解决因露天煤矿产能扩大,采掘设备和输送设备增多,给露天矿控制系统带来的控制网络连接数量受限和设备响应迟滞等问题,将新型的CIP网络应用在大型露天煤矿,可以有效的解决上述问题。Ethernet/IP作为CIP的上层网络,其特点是拓扑灵活,通信带宽高,最长通信距离达10 km;而底层现场设备依然可以无缝连入设备网和控制网。本文对即将建设的大型露天煤矿和即将扩建为大型露天矿的控制系统设计和改造有一定的参考作用。
